From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 2-7 day working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually.

We, under any circumstances, don’t accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre if the cancellation request is received after 24 hrs of placing the order.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You can wipe it off with microfiber cloth or damp cloth. If your frame has canvas without glass, we recommend simply dust using a dry soft and fine brush. Refrain from using wood polish or cleaning sprays since this could potentially create moisture and possibly damage the artwork.
Dust your frames regularly to avoid the accumulation of dirt. If you want to disassemble the frame for an even more thorough cleaning, be sure to lay the various components onto a clean, dust-free towel or blanket. Make sure all components are completely dry before reassembly.
