Are your original works available?

Yes. My original pieces are not displayed on the website.  They can be purchased in person at my gallery from home, or by simply enquiring through the contact page (https://www.jeffmurray.co.uk/contact/)on my website where more information can be provided about a particular piece.

Do you do commission/custom works?

I do take on commission works, but only selected subjects that are in-keeping with my style and themes. If interested in my services, do reach out on the contact page.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will receive?

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. You can expect a 95-100% accuracy of the image viewed on our site.

When I order artwork with frame, it is ready to to be hung?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you order a framed artwork, or srtetched canvas it is ready to be hung. Comes with hooks at the back for hanging. There is no assembly required.

Question 5

What type of packaging do you use?

Accepted Answer

With frame: Your artwork has following packaging - protective covering over frame corners, shrink wrap over frame, additional hard board covering over frame edges, bubble/ foam wrap, outer hard board covering, outer shrink wrap.

Without frame: Your artwork in case of strtched canvas, will be given the same packing as with frame; in case of canvas sheet, the painting is rolled with butter paper to protect it against dust and then inserted in a tube to keep from any kind of damage during transit.

How do I track my order?

All the orders are shipped through courier. You will receive a tracking number through which you can track your order. You can also check order status online on our website
