By purchasing our digital products, you agree to use them for personal purposes only and not for commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our products is strictly prohibited. We take great care to ensure that our digital products are of the highest quality. However, we cannot guarantee that the products will work flawlessly on all devices or software. Please ensure that your device and software meet the minimum requirements before making a purchase. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sandhya Madhavan's art shop.
Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues before the products are shipped from our warehouse. In case the products are already shipped out to you kindly contact us with the Order ID.
Refunds and product exchanges are provided against orders up to 7 days from dispatch of package to the customer as per our records. Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once we verify that the items have been returned to us in a pristine condition and unopened and unutilized state. In case of any special cases kindly feel free to contact us.
If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Please note that we do not offer refunds for digital products that have been downloaded or used.
